About the Apartment

The apartment is situated on the 10th floor of this beachfront apartment complex within a variety of restaurants and alfresco dining all with easy walking distance of the nearby town centre. There are spectacular sea and breaker views from the living area, main bedroom and second bedroom, with direct beach access to the magnificent promenade and Umhlanga’s premier swimming beaches. The apartment has DSTV (satellite TV). Air-conditioning is provided at 1002 Bermudas. FREE high speed Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the apartment!

The refundable breakage deposit of (R2000) must be paid on arrival. This deposit will be refunded providing the apartment is found to be in good order within 7 days after your departure.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is newly renovated (May 2017) and is fitted with only high end appliances including a fridge, under counter oven and hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and washing machine. Please note that there is no tumble dryer in this unit.

The Living Room

Off the lounge are sliding doors with the most spectacular views of the sea and the beaches. A full DSTV (satellite TV) bouquet is provided for your enjoyment on a large flat screen TV in the lounge. A comfortable lounge suite was selected with guest comfort in mind.

The Dining Area

The perfect place to share a meal and spend quality time with family and friends! Enjoy the spectacular sea views from the raised dining area, which comfortably seats 6 people. 

The Bedrooms

There are 3 bedrooms that comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The main bedroom has a queen bed, with full en-suite bathroom including a bath/shower combo. The sea and beach views from the balcony off the main bedroom are spectacular! The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds, which can be reconfigured into king size beds on request. There is a bathroom with shower that services these 2 bedrooms. Quality linen, bath and beach towels are provided.

The Bathrooms

There is an en-suite off the main bedroom with bath/shower combo, and a second bathroom with bath/shower combo.
